The Election Remains in Question — My Thoughts

As many of us expected, the outcome of the 2020 election remains up in the air.

It’s not what anybody wanted — and it’s left most everybody a bit tense and unsettled.

The combination of a record turnout and a dizzying maze of mail-in ballot rules and regulations have put many of the electoral outcomes in key states in the “too close to call” category.

As of this writing, Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin and Nevada remain an open question. Arizona also appears to be in the mix, though Fox News’ controversial call on Tuesday night roiled some insiders, including the state’s governor.

We’ve never seen anything like this campaign — and I hope we never will again.

It’s been a roller coaster, and the American people are ready to get off.

But I’m encouraged that even though we don’t know the outcome just yet — God does.
