FIRST: Because of the need to vote safely amidst a mismanaged pandemic, voters in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin had to cast millions of mail-in ballots.

THEN: Gerrymandered Republican majorities in both states blocked nonpartisan attempts to allow ballots to begin processing before Election Day -- a practice allowed in 40 other states.

NOW: Delayed results in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, caused by these gerrymandered majorities, gave the president an opportunity to erroneously, frustratingly, and even dangerously claim victory on Election Night before all the votes were counted.

In fact, gerrymandered majorities are the source of much of the widespread voter suppression we've seen in 2020 -- from Wisconsin to Texas.
