35 states have not legalized marijuana – and the composition of the U.S. Senate almost assures no federal legalization action in the near future. No matter what, our work is far from over.

Indeed, it’s needed more than ever before. In legal states, we have to make sure there are warning labels, potency limits, and further restrictions on both products and pot shops. We are now assembling our after-action plans and teams for these states.
