The Actors Fund

Dear Actors Fund Friends,

As the country waits, we want to remind everyone in the performing arts and entertainment community that we are here for you no matter what. Our Artists Health Insurance Resource Center and Entertainment Health Insurance Solutions teams are working tirelessly to share health care coverage solutions with those who are concerned about getting or keeping health insurance; entertainment professionals in California can join the Finding Hope In Uncertain Times group; anyone in the performing arts community can join our free Mindfulness Meditation sessions available Monday through Friday at 12 pm ET. We have many more online, free workshops, support groups and seminars in the coming weeks, so please take a look to see if any can be of help.

We are infinitely grateful to everyone who continues to support the programs mentioned above and so many others that are online and in numerous residences where the most vulnerable members of our community live.

And there continue to be ways for you all to participate in this crucial work! You can film a video of yourself singing “From Now On” from The Greatest Showman, to try to be part of world record. You can also watch yesterday’s Stars In The House Vote-A-Thon and donate $100 or more to receive a special edition Vote-A-Thon poster.

We leave you with this video of “Make Them Hear You” from our Chairman, Brian Stokes Mitchell. This song’s message isn’t just relevant now, but will continue to be in the days, weeks, months and years ahead.
