Rock the Vote Elections Center

Hi John,

Election officials across the country are actively verifying and counting ballots. If you voted using an absentee or provisional ballot, immediately check that your ballot was accepted before curing deadlines pass.

  • If you voted absentee, track your ballot to ensure it's received and counted.
  • If you ran into issues at the polls and had to vote by “provisional ballot,” contact your local election office to see if they need anything from you to confirm your vote.
  • Once you've made sure your vote has been counted, reach out to friends and family to make sure their votes are counted, too.
  • Stay engaged! Making your voice heard doesn’t end on Election Day.

Remember, the most important thing in any election is to make sure we count every vote. Even if that takes a little longer this year, we’re willing to be patient for democracy!
