Generally speaking, people are consumers or producers. Some of us are a combination of the two, but we should try to tip the balance toward producing whenever possible in the world we're facing right now.

We're going to be finding out about this the hard way, as our supply chain continues to deteriorate as the economy continues to suffer, and as we receive fewer and fewer imports that used to come regularly from China.

And to put a finer point on it, a lot of people these days don't even produce the money it takes to buy the things that others produce.

Here are some steps you can take to be a producer.
