Dear John,

I want to thank each and every person who contributed their time, energy, and resources to this campaign. Since we started this campaign 18 months ago, we have worked tirelessly to earn the support of the voters in Urbancrest, Grove City, Hilliard, Columbus, Galloway, and Prairie Township. We knew this race was going to be difficult. Although we did not accomplish our goal this year, I am proud of the campaign we ran and our focus on a better economy, a safer community, and access to affordable healthcare for all. 
 

2020 has been a tough year for everyone. To get through this global pandemic, return to a sense of normality, and move our state and our country forward toward a brighter future where everyone can prosper, both parties must work together. Long before I entered this race, I strived to make Ohio a better place for everyone and I will continue this work. Today, we mourn our loss. Tomorrow, we continue the work.
