Number of the Day: 29 percent of voters say economy is getting better

November 4, 2020: Twenty-nine percent (29%) of voters believe the economy is getting better these days, while 44% believe it is getting worse. A PoliticalIQ poll found that 21% think it's staying about the same and 6% are not sure.[1]

Fifty-four percent (54%) of Republicans believe the economy is getting better, while 65% of Democrats believe it is getting worse.[1]

These results come from a survey conducted on the final weekend of Election 2020. It is possible that perceptions may change significantly as a result of the election.[1]
