2020 election results still outstanding; NAFCU set to update CUs tomorrow
With record voter turnout across the country and large amounts of mailed-in ballots still to be counted, final results for the 2020 presidential election and a number of key congressional races are still unknown as of this morning as several states continued to count votes through the night.

CUs: How would BSA recordkeeping, travel rule reg changes affect operations?
NAFCU sent members a Regulatory Alert Tuesday detailing the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network's (FinCEN) advanced notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPR) to amend the Bank Secrecy Act's (BSA) recordkeeping and travel rule regulations. NAFCU encourages credit unions to offer feedback on the proposed rule to help inform the association's recommendations to FinCEN.

Fair housing groups bring lawsuit against Redfin
Online real estate brokerage firm Redfin is facing a lawsuit from several fair housing organizations alleging systemic racial discrimination based on findings from a two-year investigation.
