With record voter turnout across the country and large amounts of mailed-in ballots
still to be counted, final results for the 2020 presidential election and a number
of key congressional races are still unknown as of this morning as several states
continued to count votes through the night.

NAFCU sent members a Regulatory Alert Tuesday detailing the Financial Crimes Enforcement
Network's (FinCEN) advanced notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPR) to amend
the Bank Secrecy Act's (BSA) recordkeeping and travel rule regulations. NAFCU
encourages credit unions to offer feedback on the proposed rule to help inform
the association's recommendations to FinCEN.
