We, like a lot of folks, were hoping for a walk-off win tonight. But it appears we won’t have clear results tonight, and that’s OK.
We knew this fight could take a few days. An unprecedented number of Americans voted by mail this year, and it may take days for those ballots to be counted. It doesn’t matter how fast those ballots are counted; all that matters is that every vote is counted.
We’re still confident that Biden is on the path to victory, and that Democrats will see gains across the board. And every victory, every inch of progress, all of that is thanks to YOU. The dollars spent, calls made, and letters written will make all the difference.
Trump is already trying to discredit votes and declare himself the winner—but that’s not how this works. He doesn't decide the results, voters do. We have to make sure every vote is counted, no matter how long that takes. We’ll let you know what actions you can take to protect the results in the coming days.
