First and foremost, I want to say thank you. Whether you volunteered, donated, or simply cast your ballot in this election, your support has meant so much to me.

I have been saying all along that this is a true purple district and that this race was going to be close. We flipped this district blue for the first time ever just two years ago, and we've taken nothing for granted this election.

While the results have not yet been finalized, the numbers are looking strong. I'm so proud of this grassroots team. Your support has allowed me to fight in Congress to lower the cost of health care and prescription drugs, get dark money out of politics, protect our environment, and so much more.

My thanks go out to our tremendous election workers who have been working so hard, with record turnout, to provide definitive results.

Serving as your representative is the privilege of a lifetime. I know my work is far from over, and I am optimistic that when the last ballot is counted, I will be returning to Congress to fight for this district for another term.
