It’s just past midnight eastern, and though it may not feel like it,
tonight’s (non)results aren’t a surprise. Leah said it best:

and how election night would look redder than the ultimate count. We
practiced for this moment! Stay calm and take a deep breath!

Together, we’ve been preparing for a slow vote count for months (even
though it’s really hard, in the moment, to remember that). The truth is
we’re still on track to win the presidency, so it’s time to take a deep
breath, get some sleep, and get ready for what comes next. 

What comes next? You didn’t think you were getting out of this email
without an action item, did you? 

We don’t know yet if we’ll need it, but right now, we’re still doing
preparation in case we need to activate Protect the Results over the next
few days. So we need you to do two things right now: 

* Just like we need every single vote, we need every single one of you

Trump can take up airtime, Twitter timelines, and brain space -- but he
can’t take our votes. And at the end of these elections, our votes are
