Amazing news from Colorado, John: David Ortiz has officially won his race, becoming the first bisexual man elected to the Colorado state legislature!

David will join a growing number of openly LGBTQ elected officials in Colorado’s state legislature, including state Representatives Brianna Titone, who faced down a wave of horrific transphobic attacks. Our LGBTQ elected officials were instrumental in rolling back hate-based legislation and ensuring LGBTQ people have a strong voice in government. We’re thrilled David will be joining their ranks!
