We are with you, and we assure you that we will continue to work tirelessly for a just world that brings people home and welcomes them with opportunity, promise, and support.

Since our work on the passage of Senate Bill 9 in 2012, the systemic changes we have fought for will continue to drive us. In this election cycle alone, we endorsed and/or co-sponsored six ballot measures, including one proposition that would restore the right to vote to 50,000 Californians on parole and another which would free a projected 120,000 people accused of misdemeanors from pretrial detention due to the elimination of cash bail.

So as results start rolling in on the news, Twitter or TikTok, know that you can count on ARC. We assure you that we will continue to work for a just world that brings people home from incarceration and welcomes them into freedom with opportunity, promise, and support.
