Optimism is just as contagious as fear -- and you proved optimism wins time and time again.

I love this state. I love this community. I love you all -- in the most heartfelt way possible, I want to express my gratitude. For believing in something better, for investing in it, and for voting for it.

I've said all along that I think we're going to play a big role in the country to show people how we do it. That we can disagree, and we should celebrate that -- not condemn it. We should be invitational, not confrontational, and that's the attitude we need to heal our country.

Once we're through this pandemic, I can't wait to celebrate with everyone -- until then, please accept my heartfelt gratitude. This is your win as much as it is mine.
