Election Updates from Ohio, Florida, North Carolina and Texas

We check in with key states whose polls have closed and have begun to deliver results beginning with Ohio, then Florida, although the panhandle in the north is in a different time zone with results coming in later, then North Carolina, then lastly Texas. Joining us first is Bob Fitrakis in Ohio where he is a Professor of Political Science at Columbus State Community College and editor of the Free Press newspaper. Then we go to Florida to speak with Peter Brown the former assistant director of the Quinnipiac poll and chief spokesman for the Florida and Ohio polls. We also return briefly to Ohio and speak with Robert Alexander, the Chair of the Department of History, Politics, and Justice and a professor of political science at Ohio Northern University for further updates. Following that we speak with Jonathan Weiler, a professor of Global Studies at the University of North Carolina and author of Authoritarianism and Polarization in America. Then finally we go to Texas to speak with Lydia Camarillo who serves as the Vice President of Southwest Voter Registration Education Project a national non-profit non-partisan organization based out of San Antonio.
