Global Guidance
Don’t miss AVAC’s Take on Updated WHO Guidance on Hormonal Contraception and HIV Risk ([link removed]) . You’ll learn “business as usual” is a grave concern in light of the World Health Organization’s (WHO) updated guidance ([link removed]) on “Hormonal Contraceptive Eligibility for Women at High Risk of HIV”. The changed status of the hormonal contraceptive DMPA stems from a review that was prompted by the results of the ECHO Trial. ([link removed])
