Friend -- while out campaigning, I just got word that 4 polling places in North Carolina will now stay open between 17 and 45 minutes later due to glitches.

That means we need to increase our budget for those final minutes. I’d hate to think Cal Cunningham ran away with this race at the very end.

Because we have to divert emergency resources to get more voters to those four polling sites, we can unlock a 9.5X-match for 17 minutes upon hitting our goal.
