Hi John, On election day, please find resources for voting and beyond enclosed.
Hi John,
“Love ought to show itself in deeds more than in words.”
These powerful words from St. Ignatius of Loyola remind us that casting a ballot can be an act of love—a way to live out the greatest commandments, to love and serve God and to love our neighbor. We are called to exercise the right and responsibility to vote—for candidates and issues that support the common good and concern for the most vulnerable people in our society.
If you have not already cast your ballot, please vote today! If you’ve voted, or are not eligible to vote, reach out to friends, family, and neighbors to remind them to get to the polls before they close this evening.
Here are some ways to engage in civic life through an Ignatian lens:
PROTECT THE VOTE, COUNT THE VOTES
The Ignatian Solidarity Network, along with faith and community leaders across the nation, has joined the call to government leaders to ensure that every vote is counted in the 2020 election.

POST-ELECTION PRAYER Education for Justice, ISN's award-winning databased of 2,000+ faith and justice resources, is offering a free prayer to center ourselves and pray for peace in the upcoming post-election weeks.
EXAMEN FOR
