People’s Action endorsed more than 100 candidates across the country, progressive leaders running people-powered campaigns who will fight for our People’s Platform once elected. Check to see if one of these candidates is running in your area and join us in supporting them at the polls!
We hope you’ll join People’s Action members from across the country for a special Election Night livestream event to learn how things look on the ground in the final moments of the election. We’ll celebrate everything you’ve done to get us here and what’s next in the fight for economic, gender, and racial justice. And, we'll be joined by Wisc. Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes, among others!
When we started our Movement Politics program a decade ago, we wanted to create a new kind of politics that built towards a nation where people and the planet came first. That vision crystalized into concrete gains we want to make for poor and working class families: Medicare for All. A Homes Guarantee. Student debt cancellation. A Green New Deal.
This vision unites People’s Action members all across the country. It brought to life a national organizing program that’s made almost 45 million attempts to reach voters in battleground states this cycle. And it’s what’s going to power a new phase of activism after we demonstrate our power today on Election Day.
