We have been waiting for this day for FOUR LONG YEARS. Today we
face the most consequential election of our lifetimes.

These next few hours -- maybe days -- will be filled with
uncertainty and anxiety. But the passionate grassroots strength
and activism I've seen here in Maryland and around the country
gives me hope that we can do this and turn the page on this dark
chapter in our history.

These past four years have been trying in so many ways. But we
have not been idle; Americans have been fighting back since the
beginning of Trump with the incredible January 2017 Women's
March.

We have been organizing, marching, joining with neighbors near
and far to fight for our democracy, stand up for justice and
equality, science, access to health care, voting rights and much
more.

If we keep fighting, we are going to win and take back our
country. But to do that, everyone needs to vote.
