November 2020 My Fellow Coloradans, Today, we are public-spirited. When you vote, you join a chorus of millions of Coloradans and Americans who are raising their voices for a better future. Voting is your constitutional right and the State of Colorado is doing everything we can to protect it by: Mailing a ballot to all registered voters in Colorado. If you lost your ballot and need a replacement, or have not registered, you can still register to vote and vote in-person today up to 7:00 p.m. tonight at a voting center. Providing in-person voting options at more than 370 secure ballot drop boxes and more than 350 in-person polling places throughout cities and counties. Offering in-person early voting up to two weeks before Election Day. This year, in-person early voting began on October 19. Same-day registration, online registration, and pre-registration for 17 year-olds who will be 18 on Election Day. The future of our election system depends on the participation of future generations, and the state wants to ensure that everyone of voting age can vote. Reminder: You should return your completed mail ballot to a drop box and not a mailbox at this point. As cases rise in Colorado, it is crucial that those who are heading to the polls in-person stay safe and healthy while voting. Please continue to do your part to: Keep your mask on at all times during the voting process (indoors and outdoors). Maintain a distance of at least six feet apart from others. Utilize hand sanitizer wherever available. Wash your hands. So far, over 2.7 million Coloradans have voted. Let's make all those who fought for our right to vote proud by casting our ballots before polls close at 7:00 p.m. tonight. Thank you for voting, Colorado. Your participation makes us stronger.
