Hey Indivisibles,
Have you voted yet? The polls have been open for a few hours, and we think
it’s a great time to head to your polling location to vote or drop off
your absentee ballot. To find your polling place, text MYVOTE to 977-79 --
then, make sure your friends and family are prepared to do the same. Some
states require employers to give people time off to vote, but it varies on
a state-by-state basis. If your employer hasn’t already let you know, you
can cross-check your right to take time off work to vote by [ [link removed] ]clicking

Voting this year may seem unnecessarily complicated -- that’s by design.
By being a voter today, you’re helping to put an end to the destruction of
the Trump administration and ushering in an era of leaders who want to
bring back democracy nationwide. Joe Biden wants to make Election Day a
federal holiday and allow same-day registration in every state, simple
solutions that make it easier for your voice to be heard. It’s been four
long years, but Indivisibles like you have marched, shown up at district
offices, and canvassed to bring us closer to a perfect union. You helped
create the blue wave of 2018, and today you’re going to help us save our
democracy.
That’s why we’re urging you to be a voter -- vote for yourself, your
family, and your community.
If you’ve already voted and you want to increase your impact in the final
hours, you can help us reach out to voters across the country to ensure
they make it to the polls before they close. [ [link removed] ]Click here to sign up to
phonebank with us.
So, grab your lunch and everything you need to vote safely (mask, hand
sanitizer, ballot if you’re dropping it off) and head over to the polls.
Be a voter and help us take back our democracy.
In solidarity,
Indivisible Team
