It's Election Day and please vote. Your vote can make the difference.
We all know the stakes in this election. And like many of you, as the son of immigrants, I know them especially well.
When I delivered the Spanish-language State of the Union Response last year, I said, "Whether it's with marches on the streets or marches to the polling booths, with fights in the court or through Congress, we will do what's needed to ensure a strong and vibrant national union."
We're doing just that. Over the last four years, we've done all we can to stop Trump. We've marched. We've fought in Congress. We've gone to court (in my case, over 100 times!).
And now, there is just one action left to ensure a strong and vibrant nation -- voting at the polling booth. And we must deliver.
If we do that, I know better days are ahead for our families.
Please go vote. A vote is a voice -- and today, we must use it.
