They’re just making up case numbers now. Wholesale. Check out the first two paragraphs of this Oct. 28 NY Times piece. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out what the Times is up to:

“The United States reported a record of more than 500,000 new cases over the past week, as states and cities resorted to stricter new measures to contain the virus that is raging across the country, especially the American heartland.”

“The record was broken Tuesday, even as the Trump administration announced what it called its first-term scientific accomplishments, in a press release that included “ENDING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC” written in bold, capital letters.”

Translation: To try to keep Trump from a second term, public health officials are claiming an absurd new leap in the number of cases.

Even with a diagnostic test rigged to spit out false-positives like a river running down from a high mountain…500,000 new cases in one week?! Right. And my great grandmother just returned piloting a space ship from Jupiter.

In case you missed it, the total number of COVID cases in the US is now being pegged at NINE MILLION. If my arithmetic is correct, this is roughly one case for every 40 Americans.

I’d say we need nine million bulldozers and earthmovers to clear the bullshit out of the way.

I expect to see this kind of press release soon: “Experts at the National Institutes of Health have just discovered that SARS-CoV-2 is actually a virus and a bacterium and a fungus and a brain parasite. It attacks the spine, nervous system, liver, kidneys, blood, and big toe, as well as the lungs…”

As I’ve been warning, a new wave of lockdowns is coming. Well, they’ve now invented the pretext. 500,000 new US cases in a week.

I maintain what I’ve maintained from the beginning of this fake pandemic: if you put all public health officials and Left press whores on a platform and propelled it to Outer Mongolia, people here would live their lives out in the open and go to work, and no one would notice anything more serious than a flu season.

We Just Won Our Lawsuit Against Gavin Newsom

Today, a California Superior Court ruled in favor of me and fellow legislator James Gallagher in our lawsuit challenging Gavin Newsom’s abuse of power.

The Judge ruled Newsom violated the Constitution. She also issued an injunction restraining the Governor from issuing any more unconstitutional orders. You can read the ruling here.

This marks an end to Gavin Newsom’s one-man rule. It makes clear that the laws of the State of California do not countenance an autocracy under any circumstances – not for a single day, and certainly not for eight months with no end in sight.

The ruling is “tentative,” meaning Newsom has a few days to try to persuade the Judge to change it, but it’s rare for that to happen. While Newsom can appeal, we are confident the decision is on solid legal ground and will stand.

Election night and the weeks to follow will be met with a wave of violence larger than seen before. It will be difficult for those remaining on the left to understand that the Antifa foot soldiers are agents of capital, and not of labor. The defense of the republic, of the bourgeois-democratic revolutionary gains of 1776-89 which were expanded in 1865, today rests upon election integrity, voter enfranchisement, and in a strange twist of fate, the Justice Department under AG Barr.
