Please read this important message from our Executive Director Vanessa Wruble about the state of the 2020 Election and then make a plan to vote in the most critical election of our lifetimes.

Dear Friend --

We have been waiting for this day for four years.

We’ve been working so hard for this moment. From marching in the streets in 2017 after Trump’s inauguration to marching in the streets to defend our democracy and our ideals every year since, March On Activists like you have been fighting back against Trump’s agenda.

But for real change to come into being, we must take back the White House and the Senate by voting out morally bankrupt Republicans today.

Everything we hold dear -- healthcare, jobs, racial justice, the environment, the soul of our nation, our sanctity and sanity -- is on the ballot this election.

We simply cannot afford to skip it, and we cannot let our friends and family sit on the sidelines either today. 

That’s why it’s more important than ever that today, if you haven’t already, you get to the polls. If you haven’t mailed in your ballot, don’t. Drop it off at your polling location instead. And commit to getting three friends who may not otherwise vote to do so as well.

For months, we’ve been on the ground in battleground states across the nation working with local organizers to register and turn out voters, fighting back against voter suppression at every turn. And we’ve been doing our best to make the act of voting something we do together as a community, in celebration of our rights and our democracy. We’ve been pushing out ads all over, trying to convince voters that they matter. And now, on Election Day, we need your help.

Four more years of Donald Trump will not only be bad, it will be worse than we could possibly imagine. To make change, we have to start by electing the President and Democrats up-and-down the ballot who care about the interests of the people above his own wealth. 

If you have not yet voted, make a plan to vote below, and encourage at least three friends and family members to do the same:
