Dear John,

We are excited to announce that during
National Family Caregivers Month CVS Health will hold its second
national in-store fundraising campaign for the Alzheimer's
Association. The campaign is part of CVS Health's three-year, $10
million corporate commitment supporting the Association's vision of a
world without Alzheimer's and all other dementia.

During November, we recognize the
impact of caregiving and honor the 16 million Americans caring for
someone with Alzheimer's or another dementia. Customers at more than
8,800 CVS Pharmacy locations across the country can help by rounding
up their change to support the Alzheimer's Association and our efforts
to be there for families facing the disease.

Supporting people living with
Alzheimer's and their caregivers is more important now than ever.
Dementia-related behaviors, increased age and common health conditions
that often accompany dementia may increase risk of COVID-19, and
dementia caregivers may have limited access to support services. Every
contribution makes a difference.

commitment to the Alzheimer's Association.
