Drop Boxes: There is still time to have your vote counted. Ballots can be deposited at red ballot drop boxes until 8 PM Tuesday Nov. 3, locations are listed on blue page with ballot. Click here for Ballot Box locations.

By mail: ballots must be postmarked no later than Tuesday Nov. 3, so going to a post office or outlet is best to insure the postmark is on time and votes are counted.

In person: On or before Nov. 3 take it to:

Clark County Elections Office | 1408 Franklin Street, Vancouver

8 am to 5 pm Mon through Fri and 7 am to 8 pm on Nov 3

Register to vote in person by 8 p.m. Nov 3 at a County Elections Office
