Dear John,

With so much going on in the world and in our country, it's easy to feel overwhelmed.

Between a global pandemic, an economic collapse, the struggle to secure racial justice and end police brutality, and a maniacally unstable president—there are many reasons to feel like the black cloud of 2020 will never end.

But it's not all bad news.

With your help, progressives have won major primary victories with candidates like Jamaal Bowman, Cori Bush, Mondaire Jones and many others joining our established heroes in Congress: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, and Rashida Tlaib.  

The values that we share—Medicare for All, a Green New Deal, worker rights, racial equity, rent and mortgage relief—are no longer fringe ideas. These visionary proposals to meet the needs of our communities, and future generations, are now  mainstream policies.

That vision has been made part of the discussion. Now, we just need to win enough seats to bake it into law & policy.

Let's take that vision to the polls tomorrow!
