The outcome of the presidential election will very likely come down to who wins in Pennsylvania -- and right now, Pennsylvania’s 5th District is one of eight districts that Democrats MUST win to make the state go blue.

In 2016, Trump won the commonwealth by .07% of the vote. We cannot allow that to happen again. Please make your plan to vote now if you haven’t already.

If you haven’t requested a mail-in ballot, you can vote in person at your polling location from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. tomorrow.

If you are voting by mail, please return your ballot to a drop box in your county as soon as possible, as ballots must be received by the board of elections by 8 p.m. tomorrow, and it is now too late to use a standard mailbox. If you have requested a ballot but have yet to receive it, you can vote by provisional ballot at your polling location.

Please remember that if you vote by mail, your ballot needs to go in two envelopes, the secrecy envelope AND the outer envelope, otherwise it will not be counted.

Tonight I am urging you to make your plan to vote. I don’t need to tell you this is the most consequential election of our lifetimes. You know what’s at stake: health care, common sense gun safety measures, relief for families, and a better life for our kids.
