John,
Voting is your power! And at Voto Latino, we want to make sure your voice is heard. The election is TOMORROW and here’s what you need to vote:
- See when your polling place is open. Remember, if you are in line when the polls close, you are allowed to vote.
- 🚨 Need a ride to the polls? Voto Latino Foundation is partnering with Lyft for access to a FREE ride to and from the polls! Use code VLF2020 for a ride to the polls (*Up to $25. While supplies last. Terms apply.)🚨
- Do you know where your polling place is? If not, you can find it here!
- Do you need to bring an ID? Some states require ID to vote. Others do not. You can see what you need here.
- Concerned about COVID-19? Try to vote at off-peak hours, like earlier in the day. Maintain a six-foot distance from people while you wait in line, and wear a mask. You may want to bring disinfectant wipes to wipe down any polling equipment before and after you vote. And be sure to wash your hands before and after you vote!
We are expecting very high turnout tomorrow, and we want to be sure you have a chance to be heard. Don’t be left out! Make sure you use your power to vote tomorrow, or others will choose your leaders for you!
