Young people are already ABSOLUTELY DOMINATING this election. Don’t miss out!
Generation Progress

Dear John,

Here’s the deal: young people can decide this presidential election. Millennials and Generation Z make up the largest voting bloc in this country and we are already making our power felt this election. But, we’ve still got work to do and now is when we have to double-down our efforts, because the election ends TOMORROW.

Young people are voting in record numbers for this historic election and are close to owning it, but need to turn out tomorrow to get there. Here's your quick info:

Want more? We have you covered.

If you still have your mail-in ballot, do not mail it in. Take it to a designated drop off location IN-PERSON to make sure it arrives in time to be counted. Find an official drop-off location near you.

For months, I’ve been telling anyone who will listen that we could see record-breaking young voter turnout this year, and we are off to a strong start! So many more young people are voting early this year that we are making up a larger share of the overall early vote than we did in 2016.

Dozens of local and state-level elections have been decided by just ONE VOTE, and when it comes to the presidential election, young people can be THE decisive factor.

Generation Progress has officially partnered with Young People For’s Arrive with Five campaign. Arrive With 5 provides support for those difficult conversations with friends about participating in elections.

Take the pledge and receive tools to reframe the conversation around voting to provide a clear picture of what’s at stake in the 2020 elections and beyond, break down how government functions at every level, and provide our communities with the necessary context so that they can make their own connections to how voting impacts the issues they care about.

We know that our activism and advocacy doesn’t end on Election Day. But, voting is a critical tool that we must put to good use. You don’t want to miss out on what will be a historic election. So, own your vote and encourage your friends to own theirs, too.
