But I also want to talk about how we got here. Georgia is now the number one battleground on the map, and it's where Senate control will be decided. This didn't happen by chance - we made it happen.

Our grassroots movement has proved that no matter whether the pundits call your state red, blue or purple, the power of the people will always rally behind true leaders who are willing to fight tooth and nail for progress.

We've stood with Raphael - a civil rights champion and celebrated pastor who has dedicated his life to service - and we've stood against the wealthiest member of Congress, unelected Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R), whose only goals are to sow division, please Mitch McConnell and represent Donald Trump.

We've centered our message around the issues Georgians care most about: voting rights, civil rights, the right to health care and the dignity of work.

And now, we're closer than we've ever been to flipping Georgia blue and electing our state's first Black senator. The future is in our hands, it's on the ballot and it's in our power. We will make history in Georgia, and that history is worth fighting for.

A new poll shows Raphael surging into first place - and election experts from Nate Silver's FiveThirtyEight to NBC News say we can win. In fact, we have to win in Georgia to take back the Senate.

That's why Loeffler (R) is spending over $20 million of her personal fortune to buy this seat, and it's why McConnell's GOP dark-money groups are pouring in millions more to defeat us. If we fail to fight back now - if we stop doing the hard work that got us here - we could lose this critical race.

Already, almost FOUR MILLION Georgians have cast their ballots, surpassing the entire early vote total from 2016. But in this final stretch, Raphael needs a surge of grassroots support to put him over the top, keep his ads on the air and reach undecided voters before it's too late - so that there's no question which direction Georgia, and our country, is headed.
