In these final days, Texas has turned into a battleground for both the White
House and Senate.
Voters in Texas are energized like never before: The state's early voting
turnout surpassed the total turnout for 2016, and the race for Texas' Senate
seat -- once considered a long shot for Democrats -- shows incumbent John Cornyn
and Democratic challenger MJ Hegar closer than anyone predicted.
MJ Hegar is an outstanding candidate for Texas. I believe she has what it takes
to flip this seat and bring Democrats one step closer to flipping the Senate --
