Dear NRDC Activist,

Tomorrow is Election Day — the last day you can vote to elect Joe Biden
and defeat Donald Trump. The last day to be counted, to stand up for the
future we want, to shape what comes next for our country by casting your
ballot in this election.

Make no mistake: The 2020 elections will be remembered as the most
historic of our lifetimes.

If you have already voted, thank you.

But if not, will you commit right now to casting your ballot before the
end of the day tomorrow?

Here's how:

* Check your voter registration to make sure you're registered and at
the correct address. [ [link removed] ]Look up your registration.
* If you received a mail-in ballot, please drop it off ASAP. [ [link removed] ]Find a
ballot drop-off location near you.
* If your state has early voting, vote today if you can to help reduce
crowds on Election Day. [ [link removed] ]Find your early voting location and hours
of operation.
* If you're voting in person, you can do so safely with some simple
precautions like wearing a mask and staying six feet away from others.
And don't forget your ID! [ [link removed] ]Find your Election Day polling place.

This
election is too important to miss, and you don't want to regret not making
your voice heard.

We need leaders who will unite us and bring compassion back to the White
House. We need leaders who will listen to scientists and experts, who will
put the needs of the people before the wants of polluters, who will stand
up for all of us — especially those who have been the targets of systemic
racism.

Those leaders are Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Please, if you haven't
already, cast your ballot before the polls close tomorrow — every vote
counts.

Also, remember, unlike past elections, we may not know who the next
president will be by tomorrow night or possibly for days or even weeks
after Election Day, as states count unprecedented numbers of ballots cast
in person or by mail — and that's okay.

What's important is that every voter has a say and every single ballot is
counted, no matter how long it takes — because nothing short of our
planet, our climate, and our democracy is at stake.

Thank you for being a climate voter. Please cast your ballot in this
election and help others around you do the same. Together, we can create a
healthy, livable future for everyone.

Sincerely,

[1]Kevin
