Friends,

MPR News: “Federal authorities have charged a Texas man with alleged ties to the violent ‘Boogaloo Bois’ anti-government extremist movement in connection with violence in Minneapolis following the killing of George Floyd.”

The “Boogaloo Bois” are just one of many extremist groups who’ve used the Black Lives Matter movement’s peaceful protests for their own violent plans. A similar far-right group was apprehended plotting to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer. And the “Proud Boys,” another far-right militia, are engaging in despicable voter intimidation and suppression nationwide by enlisting in Trump’s “army” of poll-watchers.

Trump’s allies think that if they scare us with their threats of terror, they can turn Trump’s terrible polling around. But these are transparent fear tactics, and we will not be intimidated into not voting.

Friend, if we don’t show Americans that they have nothing to fear from the Boogaloo Bois and the Proud Boys’ threats, Trump could win re-election. That’s why we need to display some courage right now and tell Trump’s personal army we’re kicking their leader out of office no matter what they say. Help us send the message that it’s safe to cast a ballot against Trump -- tell us now:

Do you condemn far-right extremism?
