Team, can you believe it? The polls open in less than 24 hours across Texas for the final day of voting in this election.

Election Day is what we've spent the last 541 days preparing for — talking to voters, sharing solutions for the challenges our communities face, and building a people-powered movement big enough to reach as many voters as possible across a district spanning 13 counties.

But we can't ignore the path our opponent has chosen. For weeks, he's been pounding TX-25 with negative ads and wildly misleading claims about Julie's positions to distract voters from learning about his failed record in Congress. And he's had the help of special interests and super PACs to fuel them.


We could spend the rest of the day worrying about what could happen between now and when the polls close at 7 pm tomorrow — but that won't do anything to help us carry Julie over the finish line. To give our GOTV program a final, much-needed boost, we're hoping to raise $20,000 by midnight tonight to make sure we're in the strongest position possible when the polls open.
