Action NC

Friend --

Good morning!

We hope you had a great weekend. It was busy across North Carolina this weekend, 4,345,426 North Carolinians voted by the last day of early voting. Record numbers of people are ensuring that their voice is included in this, the vote of our lifetime. Even in the midst of  turmoil in Graham NC, voters have persisted.

Remember if you were voting by mail we encourage you to take your ballot to your polling place and drop it off!

Join us in doing these 5 things tomorrow

  1. Call or text 10 people and ask if they have voted already. Help make a plan if they have not
  2. Offer transportation to someone who may need a ride to the polls on Tuesday (Or text “Lyft” to 73179 to get a free ride to the polls)
  3. Go to local polling placeswith some bottled water/ a spare masks, hand sanitizer and inspiration for those who may be in long lines tomorrow.
  4. Use your social media to provide correct information and counter misinformation
  5. Be Patient... be Kind... be Calm.

For updates on what's happening in North Carolina follow us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

Finally, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, for voting, for supporting others to vote and for loving our state and our country.

Talk to you tomorrow!
