THIS IS IT!
I have been writing to you every Monday for almost two years on behalf of the Indian River County Republican Executive Committee, with this day in mind. Tomorrow is Election Day. While America didn't invent elections, it is the element of our society that separated us from the rest of the world, that made us a beacon to the downtrodden and oppressed, that allowed us to fill an empty continent and create the greatest economic machine, based on equally applied laws and equal opportunity, in the history of the human species. Yes, we started out as an imperfect nation, and we are as yet by no means perfect...but every day we strive to become that more perfect Union!
Tomorrow We, the People, have the right to assert our voice in the shaping of that more perfect Union by taking the time to vote, if we haven't already, for the candidates whom we feel have best expressed a vision of this great Republic that best align with our own. Use that right, or be prepared to lose it. Tyranny is ever at our doorstep, and liberty and freedom are ours to lose to the wolves of groupthink, socialism, and worse!
So, vote as if your very freedom, your life, your fortune, and your sacred honor depended upon it, just as the Founding Fathers did!
