I just wanted to make sure you didn’t miss Kevin’s email about our mid-month goal, coming up tonight at midnight.
I don’t take your support for granted. It’s how I’m able to keep doing the work to push Richmond towards progress: expanding access to affordable housing, creating jobs, and strengthening our public schools.

Friend,
Did you see the email from Team Stoney the other day? Don’t worry if you missed it, here’s the update: we’re still short of our monthly contributor goal.
I’m sure you get a lot of emails with a lot of different people asking for your time, money, and support. So let me explain to you quickly why this is different.
Local government has the power to make the most impactful change, and that’s what we’re trying to do right here in Richmond. Mayor Stoney has worked hard to increase funding for our public schools, bring new jobs to the city, and create more affordable housing. But these are big projects, and they can’t be completed overnight.
At the end of the day, we all want the same things. We want to live in a safe city where our children can get a good education, find good-paying and fulfilling jobs, and stay to raise a family of their own someday. We’re working hard towards One Richmond, a city that works for everyone -- but we need your support.
