Four months later and California is still banning singing in church.

As we’ve been warning you, the radical Left has been trying to weaponize COVID-19 to push their extreme agenda. You’ve seen it play out in this election. And churches have been their first target.

Singing is a fundamental part of worship. The Bible commands us to “Make a joyful noise to the Lord . . . . Come into his presence with singing.” (Psalm 100:2) Banning this is one of the most draconian abuses of power in a pandemic.

We’re fighting back. At the ACLJ, we filed a MAJOR lawsuit against the singing ban. We just filed our reply, urging the court to BLOCK the singing ban in church. But we face a significant challenge. We’re going head-to-head against a powerful state government and its inexhaustible resources.
