I could not be prouder of every volunteer on this campaign. Not only are they wonderful people who I greatly enjoyed spending time with, but they do the work:

• 260,000+ calls to voters (and counting)
• 175,000+ texts sent (so far)
• 30,000+ social distant door knocks in the district (with more to come)
• 20,000+ 'Dear Neighbor' Letters and Postcards sent by volunteers (and we are still working on more)
• 10,000+ PPE Packs distributed when it was needed most (with more ready to make Election Day safe for all)

So, from the bottom of Team Gounardes' heart: thank you!

We still have shifts to fill before Election Day, and I won't sugar coat it: this race will be close. This district has been gerrymandered for years to be a partisan stronghold. That's why we have been working non-stop to build a coalition of supporters from across the entire district to send Andrew back to Albany. 48 hours. That's it. It's a short amount of time, but it doesn't take long to speak to a voter and change their mind.
