In about 48 hours, poll sites will start closing — marking the beginning of the end of the 2020 election. The beginning of the end but not quite the end.



Things could get pretty intense in the next couple days and we need you to be locked in. Updates could start flying fast, keeping up with rapidly developing situations. Keep an eye out for emails from us and updates via Twitter <[link removed]> and Facebook <[link removed]>.



Our live reporting will start on Election Night at 7pm ET, with a huge livestream planned with Howie, Angela, down-ticket Green candidates from around the country and special guests. <[link removed]>



In the coming days we may have to fight to ensure every vote is counted and that the rights of Green voters and candidates are respected.



I can't quite bring myself to say we must fight to ensure our very democracy "endures." After a year of COVID being exploited to suppress our candidates, along with the usual oppression from the two-party cartel, "enduring" is not how I would describe the state of this democracy — Trump or not.



But we absolutely must fight to overturn Trump and others' attempts to further undermine — or even throw out entirely — this country's democratic principles. That fight carries on beyond Election Day, this month and this year. Donate to the Green Party today so we can continue the fight for real Grassroots Democracy in every aspect of life.
