John,

All too often, our opponent Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler is silent on the issues facing her constituents and our country as a whole, leaving Washington’s 3rd district behind.

In an interview with the Seattle Times, Herrera Beutler just refused to answer questions about the top issue for Southwest Washington: health care. She hasn’t held a town hall in almost four years. When she can’t face her constituents or defend her record to the people she was elected to serve, it’s time for new leadership in Congress.

Meanwhile, Carolyn has been proactively listening and engaging with Southwest Washingtonians: she’s held more than 60 town-halls since she launched her campaign. A pandemic couldn’t even stop her – we’ve held dozens of virtual events and drive-in town-halls to safely engage with folks at home and all over the district!

Carolyn isn’t someone who will be quiet or loud on the issues for the sake of scoring cheap political points – her actions will reflect the real-time needs and demands of people like you.

From her childhood experience working hard to help support her family’s produce business to her two dozen years of educating young leaders at WSU Vancouver, Carolyn knows just how important it is to listen to and support folks where they’re at – something Herrera Beutler simply isn’t doing.

Carolyn wants to take what she’s heard directly from Southwest Washingtonians these past two years and bring those concerns, questions, and needs to our nation’s capital, but in order to unseat her corporate-backed incumbent opponent on Tuesday, she’s relying on grassroots support from folks like you.

If you’re ready for a representative in Congress who will engage with, listen to, and fight for Washington’s 3rd district, pitch in $10 or whatever you’re able to support Carolyn in the final 48 hours of this race.
