We had to share this disturbing news with you, friend:

The Trump administration — with white supremacist Stephen Miller at the helm — has spent the last four years making our country a living hell for immigrants and refugees. They have separated families and caged children. They have banned people from Muslim-majority countries because of their faith, and enabled the spread of COVID-19. And we recently learned that they forced hysterectomies on detainees in ICE detention centers.

The last thing we need is another four years of their xenophobic agenda. We must do everything possible to end this administration’s inhumane policies that have always prioritized inflicting maximum cruelty and maximum harm on immigrants.

If you are able to vote, we hope that you will reject the Trump administration and its dangerous immigration policies at the ballot box. But we also want to create a list of supporters who are saying enough is enough about Trump’s immigration policies. Will you add your name next to Pramila’s to speak out against Trump’s racist, xenophobia, anti-immigrant agenda?

The Trump administration’s proposed second-term immigration policies double down on the cruelty of the past four years. Here is what Stephen Miller hopes to carry out if they get a second term:

• Amend the Flores Agreement, which prevents children from being detained for more than 20 days by ICE, so they can imprison children and their families indefinitely
• Cut pathways for asylum seekers
• Outlaw sanctuary cities and take funding away from immigrant communities
• Expand the Muslim ban
• Curtail an already slashed visa program including work visas

Immigrants contribute so much to our country — but the Trump administration is only interested in harming them, degrading them, and turning them away. We cannot let Trump continue his dangerous agenda of terrorizing immigrants. We must prevent these new policies from ever seeing the light of day.
