Here's where things stand, friend.
We’re seeing record early vote turnout here in Texas. And now Nate Silver’s FiveThirtyEight predicts Candace is only NARROWLY trailing our Republican opponent Beth Van Duyne:
**Forecasted Vote November 1st 2020**
Candace Valenzuela (D) 47.4%
Beth Van Duyne (R) 48.4%
This is just a projection, but we’re in a strong position after early vote. If the Republicans’ dark money continues to drown out Candace’s positive message, it will be very difficult to close this gap.
That’s why we need to continue to keep our foot on the gas in the final days:
Friend, we need to raise $7,534 before 11:59 PM tonight in order to keep pace on closing this gap. With your $3 we can reach the remaining undecided voters who will determine the outcome of this race. Can you chip in right away?

We know that if Republicans lose big in Texas, they stand to lose the House and even the White House. That’s why they’ve invested more than $6 million in defeating Candace -- one of the largest sums in the entire country.
Compared to $6 million, your $3 may seem small -- but if thousands of grassroots supporters step up, we can stop the Republicans from drowning us out. That’s why your support is so important today.
$3 will help close the gap, can we count on you?
Thanks in advance,
Team Candace
