Hi John,
I wanted to say thank you to everyone who pitched in to help us hit our last fundraising goal of the General Election. The election is on Tuesday, and thanks to your continued and gracious support, I am confident that we will turn out the voters we need to keep PA-05 blue.
Today I am also checking in with some election reminders for you to ensure you have all the information you need to vote before the polls close on November 3 at 8:00 p.m. Here is the most up-to-date information you need to ensure your vote counts!
Please be sure to practice social distancing and wear your mask to protect yourself and others at the polling place, and be patient! The process may take longer than usual due to precautions our election workers are taking to keep us safe.
Many of you requested a mail-in ballot, and if you have yet to receive it, you can still make your voice heard on Election Day with a provisional ballot. You can request one at your polling place where they can verify that you have not received your ballot and assist you in completing this formal process.
Still need to turn in your mail-in-ballot? Do NOT mail it. Instead, drop it off in an official drop box location before 8 p.m. on November 3, as the post office cannot deliver in time at this point. But you can still turn your ballot in at an official drop box or voter services center and have your vote count!
Please be aware: Mail-in ballots must be placed in the secrecy envelope received with your ballot before being placed in the larger outer envelope. Once you have done that, complete the information on the form of the outer envelope and be sure to date and sign your name.
Stay safe, and happy voting!
