2 days until the 2020 election. 2 days until this choice for all we believe in. Perhaps most of all, 2 days until we can elect a President who is decent and not racist.

What will we each do today, tomorrow, and Tuesday to help make history? I'll be calling voters to help Reclaim the Vote in key swing states between 1 and 9 pm today. Will you click on the button below and join me?

When I was in 5th grade, part of Dr. King's "I have a Dream Speech" shook me to my core:
* "....and this is the faith that I go back to the South with. With this faith, we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. With this faith, we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nation into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood. With this faith, we will be able to work together....

These words fit 2020 and today very well:
* In North Carolina, we are helping organizing volunteers to "cures" canvass. Curing helps make sure voters ballots get counted.
* In Arizona, we lead & I believe will win if Latinx voters keep turning out.
* More Texans have already voted in greater numbers than in the 2016. Voters of Color in Houston, San Antonio, and the Rio Grande Valley can help win this state.
* In Florida, Miami has had lower Black & Latinx turnout than 2016 per Post and Times reports. We must change this and can.
* In South Carolina, Jaimie Harrison can win if we get out the vote.

I completely understand not wanting to call. I have done less than I should and will confess that I do not like to do persuasion phone calls.

But these calls will be easier than persuasion calls and this moment deserves your help. Calling with Reclaim Our Vote to help Voters of Color get their votes count is much, much more fun than trying to persuade Trump voters. Further, this moment asks us to act for our ideals, so I called yesterday and I am calling today. We must face the truth:
* We don't get a do over; and
* We can't complain if we don't do all we can to win.

Please join me. Let's not get caught wondering what might have been,

* Theresa Greenfield in Iowa [link removed] Iowa poll yesterday has Theresa down, but does not account for Joe Biden's visit on Friday. Theresa can still win, but needs our help.
