November is Native American Heritage Month, John, and what better way to honor it than elect Wisconsin’s first Native American representative to Congress!

A record number of Indigenous women are running for office this year, and I recently did an interview with Vogue about what it means to run as a Ho-Chunk woman.

When I saw women like Deb Haaland and Sharice Davids get elected to Congress, I was beyond inspired.

You don’t fully realize how much you weren’t represented until you finally see that you are -- and that’s part of why I’m running.

Native women are leaders. We are leaders in our governments, in our communities, and in our households. When there is a Native voice at the table, the conversation changes.

We have the chance to make history in Wisconsin and that starts by flipping this seat blue on November 3. So will you join me in making history by chipping in $25 or more to help us finish strong?
