Hey John,

North Carolina polls are close; we’re talking a true toss up. And this one is personal for me—North Carolina is my home state.

We need every vote we can get to win. But about 38% of North Carolina Democrats who have requested mail-in ballots haven’t returned them yet, and early voting just ended.

Let’s put that another way: 250,000 Democrats haven’t returned their mail-in ballots. We can make that many calls in a single phone banking shift, but only if we all step up. Call North Carolina voters ASAP to make sure their vote will count.

Donald Trump barely won North Carolina in 2016. This year, he’s running neck-and-neck with Joe Biden. Democrats also have a chance to flip a Senate seat and put a stop to some of the worst Republican gerrymandering in the country. This state is monumentally crucial—it could decide control of the Senate and the White House.

But to win, we need to talk to as many people as possible in the next few days to make sure they vote. That’s the only way we can win.

Don’t let these victories slip through our fingers. Make calls to North Carolina voters.
